Magnanni produces some of the world’s finest European footwear. Its new $2 million, 14,463 sf facility in New Albany features open office space, a showroom, a café, design areas and a warehouse for shipping and receiving. Both interior and exterior design was completed by MA and has just completed construction.
Taking pride in its craft, the Magnanni brand is incorporated into the building design and finishes through a unique blend of wood, metal, concrete, cork, and other contemporary finishes. A very sleek and clean design draws parallels to the way Magnanni crafts its shoes.
The structure features the efficiency of precast concrete walls. Being executed in a design/build fashion, MA Design and the contractor uniformly served the goals on the project with a strong collaboration.
