The most recent addition to Dublin, Ohio’s Bridge Park, Block G is over 125,000 square feet mixed of retail, restaurant, and office. In addition to the 123,000 square foot five story parking garage.

Mainly serving office users, behind the building will be a five-story parking garage totalling 327 parking spaces. A five-story L-shaped residential building beside this building will include apartments, split between one and two-bedroom units with a small private amenity space with a pool. Creative design elements come into play as this piece becomes a signature building in the development.
