The latest addition to Dublin, Ohio’s Bridge Park, Block G brings over 125,000 square feet of versatile retail, restaurant, and office space to this thriving urban district. Complemented by a five-story, 123,000-square-foot parking garage with 327 spaces, Block G was designed to support the area’s growing demand for mixed-use functionality and offers a seamless blend of convenience and modern amenities.
Adjacent to the main office building, an L-shaped, five-story residential structure features a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, complete with a private amenity area and pool, catering to both resident comfort and vibrant community engagement. A thoughtfully designed pocket park, located between the office building and the garage, adds a green retreat where employees and visitors can unwind and connect.
In a commercial real estate landscape challenged by shifting work trends, Bridge Park stands as a model of resilience and high-quality, walkable urban planning. With careful design and tenant-focused spaces, Block G achieved nearly full occupancy upon opening, underscoring Bridge Park’s continued success as a sought-after destination.
