This mixed-use development will replace several blighted properties with ground-floor retail and office with a mix of walk-up units and apartment dwellings that will accommodate about 100 new residents to the historic Pleasant Ridge neighborhood.

The tudor inspired five-story building was designed to blend with the surrounding architectural style and support the burgeoning business district. The new development will offer 6,000 SF of street-level commercial space for future office, retail, and restaurant attractions, in addition to over 82 apartments and 96 surface parking spots behind the building. Amenities will include a dog run, rooftop deck, coworking space, bicycle maintenance station, electric vehicle charging, fitness center and more.
