Approach
Expanding the Mount Carmel medical office portfolio, MA Design was hired by Hplex Solutions to build a 50,000 square foot multi-tenant medical office building. One of the main tenants, Orthopedic One, customized their spaces on both floors with lighting, furniture, and facilities suited to the Orthopedic One brand.
North Meadow Medical Offices is home to multiple tenants including the Would and Pain clinic, housing two, with potential for three, hyperbaric oxygen therapy beds allowing for advance medical treatment.
MA designed both the Core & Shell multi-tenant building as well as the interior tenant fit out of the building to accommodate all providers while also providing interior finished branded to the familiar Mount Carmel aesthetics.
