Approach
This new clubhouse in the dynamic mixed-use development of Grandview Yard houses a leasing office, expansive exercise rooms, a residential clubroom and a pool deck for the residents of 125 acre develompent. It’s interior is youthful, energetic, and serves as a connective space. Branding elements for the clubhouse tie into the context of the site and include it’s railroad/rail yard history. The pool deck features a lounge areas, an outdoor grill, eating areas, and of course an outdoor pool.
