Approach
Part of the new development of the Grandview Yard, just northwest of downtown Columbus, this new neighborhood urgent care is one of eight that the OhioHealth corporation operates in partnership with NextCare in the Central Ohio area. MA designed both the 10,000 sq. ft. core & shell multi-tenant building as well as the interior tenant fit out to accommodate the Urgent Care. The Urgent Care includes limited radiology services as well as a variety of exam rooms, patient waiting, staff offices and support areas.
