A workpolace design that brings mission and culture to life thorugh integrated materials and intentional areas.

Approach

Sarnova, a national leader in healthcare and emergency medical solutions, relocated its national headquarters and used the opportunity to create a workplace that reflects its active, forward-thinking culture. Experiential design guided the storytelling approach, mapping the journeys of employees, recruits, and visitors and layering brand moments throughout the building.

A bold entry feature with the company logo anchors the arrival experience and frames views into the main corridor, where additional elements highlight Sarnova’s goal to “Be the Best Partner for Those Who Save and Improve Patients’ Lives.” Throughout the space, storytelling elements reinforce the brand, including a custom tone-on-tone bison wallcovering with the phrase “Charge the Storm,” dimensional panels celebrating the company’s impact on patient care, and guiding principles displayed in the training room. A cohesive system of wayfinding, signage, and an exterior monument sign extends the brand experience from inside the building to outside.
