Approach
The concept for Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers restaurants is simple: ONE LOVE – of quality chicken finger meals. Because of their limited menu, they focus on quality food, staffing with a great crew, a cool culture and active community involvement. To support these focuses, MA has teamed with their largest franchisee, Raising Cane’s Ohio (RCO Limited) for the past 12 years to bring more than 30 locations to life. What started as one restaurant project, has blossomed into a long term relationship. The goal has been the same from the beginning: to offer a great atmosphere that puts the customer’s and the crew’s happiness first.
Working closely with the franchisee and contractor, we utilize an integrated project delivery approach with a focus on early teaming. This approach helped minimize errors and maximize budgets for each project.
A comprehensive understanding of project needs has allowed us to work successfully with various municipalities as the owner’s advocate to comply with zoning standards.
Today we work with RCO to evolve their prototype to continue to support their needs to bring their ONE LOVE of chicken finger meals to all Caniacs.
