Approach

Brandy Melville is an Italian clothing and fashion accessories brand that markets one-size-fits-all clothing. They place little emphasis on advertising and rely on word-of-mouth and social media. This is indicative of their limited branding on the exterior of their stores. The location at Easton was seen as a prime location for the market in the Ohio area.

The scope of work for this Tenant Fit-out at Easton Town Center included interior demolition and fit-out and minor exterior facade improvements such as paint, signage, and lighting. The space is an open concept with an 80% retail and 20% stock layout. The back-of-house is nearly completely open and visible to the customer. The brand emphasizes an industrial vibe with accents of finished and unfinished wood, exposed fasteners and hangers, and unfinished, exposed ductwork in most stores.
