Approach

The MA Design project team utilized manufactured wall systems to optimize efficiency throughout this new tenant fitout which co-located two medical facilities for the OhioHealth Physcian Group: a Primary Care and a Heart & Vasular practice. A new concept of self-registration stations was introduced, complemented by roaming ambassadors, to enhance both functionality and user experience.

Drawing on the zone-clustering strategy employed at the recently completed Lane Ave Medical Office Building, the team delivered a custom design that responded to user needs while maintaining the efficiency of manufactured wall assembly techniques. This approach also shortened the construction schedule.
