Approach

Conceived under the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model of care, this 55,000 SF medical office building consists of a large primary care practice including pediatrics and internal medicine, a specialty physician timeshare space including x-ray suite, comprehensive cardiac care outpatient center including imaging, testing, cardiology physicians and cardiac rehab services, occupational therapy, a lab and related support space.

Each suite includes added space to accommodate additional nursing and medical assistance staff, as required to facilitate the PCMH model of care. MA was the Architect of Record for all interior architecture, and served in an advisory capacity on the core and shell, completed by HKS.
