Yesterday, Sinclair Apartment Homes, a new afforda Yesterday, Sinclair Apartment Homes, a new affordable housing development for families, opened its doors. This $45 million project provides 120 new apartments, including one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units. 

"Housing is about family, stability, and security," said Columbus Mayor Andrew Ginther at the ribbon cutting ceremony. "Sinclair Apartment Homes is a great example of how we are working to create a more affordable and inclusive city."

The first residents are expected to move into the development next week. Many of them are coming from homeless shelters or other unstable housing situations. For these families, the community is a new beginning. It is a place where they can feel safe and secure, and where their children can thrive.

Sinclair Apartment Homes is the result of a public-private partnership between the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority and @nrpgroup with LIHTC funding through @ohiohousing.

Sinclair Apartment Homes is a reminder that we all deserve a place to call home and is a symbol of hope for families in Columbus
