Peninsula Town Center

Approach

The first phase of this four year project was the demolition of the existing dilapidated Coliseum Mall on the site. MA Design worked with Design Architects at DDG and Torti Gallas to design a more vibrant, upscale and architecturally fitting mixed use town center.

The development includes a mixture of retail, restaurant, office, entertainment and residential living in an open air environment with an urban streetscape. A central park serves as the major organizing green space and the primary entertainment venue. A more intimate pocket park will include outdoor dining, a formal rose garden, and a children’s park.
