Renovation and expansion of Easton Town Center’s main Station Building at the precedent-setting, open-air and indoor retail center. The renovation included two new storefronts and vestibules. Inside the station, we created a new central area that featured a grand staircase and two pop-up retail spaces. This also included new floors, lighting, interior finishes and surrounds. The grand stairs were inspired by the lights at a train station and now serve as a focal point of the center and they complement the new indoor and outdoor lighting system. The ability to change the light settings transforms the space depending on the time of day or season.
One critical part of this renovation was the flooring. With quick turnaround times and full-scale mockups, we proved our ability to work closely and efficiently with clients and contractors. For all parts of the project, MA strengthened our construction administration with MEP and installers which led to a satisfying and attractive new look for Easton Station.
