Approach
Located along the Ohio River in downtown Bellevue, just minutes from Cincinnati, this riverfront residential community is designed to connect people to place, nature, and neighborhood. Positioned between a historic main street and expansive skyline views, the project creates a vibrant, lifestyle-driven living experience.
The approximately 200-unit building wraps a structured parking garage and is oriented to maximize river views, daylight, and access to a future riverfront trail. Amenities focus on fitness, wellness, and social connection, while ground-floor commercial spaces and outdoor terraces activate Fairfield Avenue and reinforce the city’s walkable character.
Drawing from Bellevue’s historic fabric, the design uses rich, dark brick and subtle detailing to create a contemporary expression. Larger windows along the river-facing façade capture views, while storefront proportions align with the rhythm of the existing streetscape. The building steps down along the main street and rises toward the river, using the site’s topography to transition between neighborhood and waterfront.
At its core, the project creates a connected residential experience that links the energy of Cincinnati with the character of Bellevue.
