MA Design completed the design for Moriroku’s office and manufacturing building, which created the opportunity to extend the brand through interior environmental graphics.
Reflecting Moriroku’s Japanese heritage and R&D-focused culture, the office interiors were initially designed with a minimalist palette and restrained use of color. As employees settled into the space and began hosting visitors, leadership saw an opportunity to more visibly express the company’s brand and remarkable 350-year heritage.
Custom environmental graphics were developed for the lobby, corridors, conference rooms, and employee commons. A theme of global presence, with subtle references to Japanese influence, appears through wall coverings, applied vinyl graphics, and signage. The design balances bold graphics with ample white space, allowing the brand story to emerge without overwhelming the architecture
