New six-story, multi-tenant office building for mixed-use development in the Lake Nona Town Center area of Orlando, Florida. The development is a relatively new, large mixed-use center with thriving businesses, sleek multi-family residential, healthcare providers, shopping and entertainment.
Lake Nona Office Building is currently pursuing WELL Core and Shell Compliance. The WELL Building Standard is a performance-based system for measuring, certifying, and monitoring features of the built environment that impact human health and well-being, through air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort, and mind. In this project, we’ve enhanced the air and water quality through filtration and purification, increased acoustic comfort within, and included biophilic design elements throughout.
