Multi-tenant retail center in the Grandview Yard.
Approach
This new multi-tenant retail center was designed by MA Design as part of the mixed-use development of Grandview Yard, just northwest of downtown Columbus.
Architectural brick features, metal coping and canopies corresponding to other buildings at Grandview Yard allow the building to fit right into the development.
Located within the 10,000 sf building is one of eight of OhioHealth’s Central Ohio urgent care centers. We are currently working two more tenants that will take the rest of the building’s vacant space.
