Dublin’s Bridge Park is a lively mixed-use development that includes entertainment, dining, retail, housing and office space within walking distance to the Scioto riverfront and adjacent parks.
Designed for residents with a variety of social interests and activities, the Tuller Flats community has a full calendar of events including social and community experiences located in both exterior amenity spaces as well as a resident clubhouse.
In working on the design for the clubhouse, units, and amenity deck, MA Design developed a brand vocabulary that reflected the new Bridge Street District and attracts residents to this urban, unique, spirited, and a bit moxie community. The interior design of the clubhouse is where the moxie happens, with a modern aesthetic that is populated with pops of color, and artistic lighting. The amenity deck is a spirited space that has a unique green-wall and wading pool. The units are a blend of urban and residential finishes to create a warm and inviting space.
