Approach
The Manchester is part of phase four of the Grandview Yard’s master plan for an upscale, walkable neighborhood. Drawing from the 1920’s warehouse aesthetic of the Grandview Yard, The Manchester showcases a brick exterior with metal detail and adds 123 units and ground floor retail tenants to the emerging community.
Each unit features high-end finishes, walk-in closets, balconies, a community courtyard and access to an existing parking garage and clubhouse.
