Approach

Montgomery & Maple is a senior affordable housing redevelopment in Norwood, transforming the site of a vacant high-rise hotel into a vibrant new residential community. MA Design partnered with Birge & Held and PLK Communities to bring the project to life on an aggressive schedule, preparing drawings and documentation for state affordable housing tax credit submission.
The development prioritizes sustainability and includes a solar array designed to provide renewable energy to 100 percent of the building, including individual units, supporting long-term affordability and environmental responsibility.
