Approach
This new senior living facility specializes in assisted living and memory care. Of the two-story building, the first floor is dedicated to assisted living and the second floor specifically dedicated to memory care. Due to the functional needs of this population, specific security provisions were incorporated to keep the residents safe. The design includes a variety of amenity spaces to be enjoyed by residents and their families. These area include sunrooms, family rooms, a spa, dining rooms and a private dining space. The spa includes a jetted tub for therapeutic bathing, and the space features warm and inviting finishes creating a tranquil environment. The residents are connected to the outdoors with a terrace, a nicely landscaped secure patio and three-sided sunrooms providing ample views to the community.
