Approach
Design of Belcan’s new headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio focuses on expressing their deep care for their customers and supporting their robust pool of talent. Moving through the space, the design team created a history wall to evoke trust and inspiration to both clients and employees. LED rope lighting ties the pieces together while appealing to a younger generation of recruits. Employee engagement is important to Belcan which led us to providing recognition of key leaders and honoring their company core values in the graphics of a Hall of Fame wall. Using dimensional lettering and 3D honeycomb shapes, the design team varied the colors and added wood pieces and pieces with a diagonal pattern to create contrast and texture, making the graphics pop.
