Construction is underway on Trail House, a thought Construction is underway on Trail House, a thoughtfully designed new residential community in Norwood developed by @UptownRents. Located along the beloved Wasson Way bike trail, this project reimagines a 5.4-acre site into a welcoming, amenity-rich neighborhood that promotes connection—both to nature and to community.

With 205 modern apartments spread across two four-story buildings, the design blends urban convenience with outdoor lifestyle. Residents will enjoy access to a pool and amenity deck, indoor community lounges, EV charging stations, and a dedicated dog park.

Trail House isn’t just about housing—it’s about belonging. Our team drew inspiration from the site's trail-side location to create a place where active living, social connection, and thoughtful design intersect. The project supports the continued revitalization of Norwood and adds momentum to the vision of Wasson Way as a dynamic, connected corridor through the city.
