Approach

Trail House is a new mixed-use residential development located along the popular Wasson Way multi-use trail in Norwood, Ohio. The project reimagines a 5.4-acre site with 205 thoughtfully designed apartment units across two four-story buildings. The architecture supports a dynamic, connected lifestyle with a pool and amenity deck, indoor community gathering areas, EV charging stations, and a dedicated dog park.

The design draws inspiration from the site’s unique location along the trail, embracing outdoor activity and encouraging social interaction. Trail House supports the broader revitalization efforts along the Wasson Way corridor, reinforcing the City of Norwood’s vision for a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood that connects people to green space, community, and opportunity.
