We’re thrilled to share that our Verena at Hilliard project has been recognized with a Fitwel 2024 Best In Building Health award as the highest scoring project in the Senior Housing vbeta (Built) category! BiBH is an annual list honoring the top global companies and individuals leading the healthy building movement by example, leveraging the trusted Fitwel Standard to define excellence in building health for all.

This recognition underscores MA Design’s commitment to innovation and excellence in design, as well as our dedication to creating spaces that promote health and wellness. As the first senior living community in Ohio to achieve Fitwel certification, The Verena at Hilliard sets a new standard for healthy living in our state. This accomplishment wouldn’t have been possible without the collaborative efforts of our talented team and the dedication of our clients, developer Green Courte Partners, and property manager MLC Services.
