We’re proud to share the promotions of two outstanding leaders at MA Design: Susan Hinz and Rachel Livengood! 

Susan Hinz has been named Studio Lead – Senior Living / Affordable Housing, bringing 18 years of experience and deep sector expertise to this role. Known for her technical excellence, integrity, and client-focused approach, Susan has consistently delivered thoughtful, mission-driven design solutions. Her leadership will sharpen our focus on studio performance and innovation, while continuing to foster MA Design’s trusted relationships across the industry.

We are also pleased to announce Rachel Livengood’s promotion to Director – Human Resources. Rachel has played a pivotal role in shaping our people-first culture and driving firmwide strategic initiatives. From transforming our onboarding experience to serving as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership, Rachel brings a rare blend of empathy, insight, and operational excellence to her work.
