“Kori has (happily!) taken on so much more than her ID I role requires of her over the past year. She has navigated the turbulent waters of changing Studio Leads and PM’s on her projects, and has worked very hard to gain the experience, proactive attitude, and collaboration skills needed to move into a role with more responsibilities. I’m excited to watch her continue to hone these skills and flourish as an ID II!” – Kaitlin Kingrey |
“Jenna has jumped into our studio with confidence this year, tackling new sectors and project types for the first time. She’s incredibly professional, proactive, and an excellent communicator. She has had the opportunity to flex her design and client presentation muscles, and has gained experience tackling CA on some complex projects. I look forward to watching her continue this growth as an ID II!” – Kaitlin Kingrey |
“Katherine is incredibly driven, organized, and detail-oriented. She is impressive with clients, exhibits natural leadership skills, and is always eager to learn as much as she can from every situation. I am so appreciative of her hard work and constant dedication to pushing herself, her clients, and our entire team, forward. I am excited for her to dive into an ID III role and get her feet wet with Project Managing – it is so well-deserved!“ – Kaitlin Kingrey |
“Jeff is already doing this role by solving scheduling issues for the office as a whole, promoting office initiatives, onboarding & training staff on the use of Vantagepoint for project planning. He has a ton of great ideas to improve how we operate and is a fantastic leader! His strong leadership eased the transition for the Residential and Mixed Use studios joining the Commercial studio, to create a stronger, cohesive group. He truly cares about the people at MA Design.” – Lori Bongiorno |
“Corey has demonstrated dedication and produced successful results on multiple projects including taking a strong leadership role on Truepoint’s multiple buildings and ”roll-out” residential projects for Metro Development amongst others. He has developed the work plans, written the proposals, follows up on invoices and keeps the clients informed of the progress of their projects. His organizational skills and his guidance for his teammates has been recognized by his peers. He demonstrates further dedication to the firm with his involvement with Revit and Standards committees. And he has passed his Architectural Exam and is a licensed architect!” – Jeff Heffner |
“Caroline has grown tremendously over the last 2 years as she has assumed a leading role on the Up Campus project. Taking on new roles and responsibilities and guiding a team to meet deadlines with a complicated building and a demanding client, she has taken on nearly every role a project has to some level and handled it with professionalism and intelligence. Her dedication to the project, her teammates and the firm are to be commended.” – Jeff Heffner |
“Zach has developed into a well rounded architect. He passed his Architecture exam this year and is a now a licensed architect! Zach has covered project phases from Proposal Concepts through Construction Administration and everything in between. He is the architectural lead for Jones Heel that includes renovation design and new design all in the same project. That versatility is part of the reason Zach has become a go-to person in the studio and firm.” – Jeff Heffner |
“Montel has quietly taken on more responsibilities on projects and delivered successfully. He has passed his Architecture Exam and is a now a licensed architect! He is also the President of NOMA investing his personal time improving the opportunities for future architects. Montel has worked on projects with our lead designers and has performed as the lead on many of the Metro Projects developing all of the drawings on his projects. His ability to notice potential problems and propose solutions is one of his greatest strengths.” – Jeff Heffner |

David takes a methodical approach to problem solving that is not only appreciated by clients but also his team members as he works to develop drawings and details.
