Ally Balmer, Project Captain + Sustainability Spec Ally Balmer, Project Captain + Sustainability Specialist at MA Design, has been appointed Co-Chair of the Committee on the Environment (COTE) with @AIA_Cincinnati and has also stepped into a co-lead role with the Ohio Carbon Leadership Forum (CLF) group.

COTE plays a vital role in advancing sustainable design practices across the region, while CLF is leading the charge to eliminate embodied carbon in buildings, materials, and infrastructure to create a more just and thriving future. Ally’s passion for high-performance, environmentally responsible design makes her a natural fit for these leadership roles.

We can’t wait to see how her leadership drives new ideas and real change in the sustainability space. 🌱
