Approach
The Pixon is an 11-story building made up of 201 rental units with roughly 26,000 SF of ground floor retail and an adjoining 370 space parking garage. Amenity areas provided throughout include a rental office, fitness center, outdoor courtyard garden, and a sky deck lounge.
This project provides a retreat for residents wanting to live in an energetic and high-spirited community. Multiple levels of interaction for social gatherings and groups were infused throughout in a leisure or gallery like atmosphere.
MA worked with team members to refine every detail and finish to reinforce the unique and artisan feel of the development. Careful attention was given to designing a cost-effective yet artistic place for people to enjoy.
