Demand for warehouse space has grown exponentially since the start of the coronavirus pandemic. Third-party logistics suppliers, consumer goods manufacturers, and e-commerce companies are all looking for additional space as they grow. Working collaboratively with Jewett Construction, MA designed two new large shell warehouses in Upton Crossing Industrial Park as speculative industrial buildings. Our team has created these industrial buildings to be attractive, flexible, and appealing to future tenants. The walls are insulated concrete tilt-up panels with a TPO roof. The glazed entrances at the corners of the buildings allow natural light to filter into the office and lobby spaces. Each building has 40 docks with overhead doors, levelers and lights as well as a drive in motorized opening.
