Designed for owner versatility, this 355,000 sq. ft. office and warehouse holds Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, a designer and manufacturer of electronic systems for the automotive industry. The site and structure were designed to accommodate growth and expansion. Currently the building boasts 30 overhead doors for fluid truck access, but in the future 30 more overhead doors could be installed without compromising the structural integrity of the building.
This new distribution and manufacturing facility consolidated Sumitomo’s four current locations in Marysville, OH and enables the company to have new testing capabilities. The center also includes customer service, 30,000 sq. ft. of open office space, research and development, automotive lab and repacking space.
