We brought innovation, speed, and smart design tog

We brought innovation, speed, and smart design together in this thoughtful tenant fitout for OhioHealth Physician Group, co-locating Primary Care and Heart & Vascular practices into one high-performing space.

Fast + Flexible: Manufactured wall systems accelerated construction and allowed us to adapt quickly to user feedback.

Smart Strategy: We used a zone-clustering layout (shoutout to our Lane Ave MOB success!) to streamline workflows and elevate the patient experience.

Next-Level Experience: Self-registration kiosks and roaming ambassadors create a seamless and welcoming check-in — no waiting room bottlenecks here.

A space designed for performance: efficient for staff, intuitive for patients, and ready for what’s next.
