A Senior Principal at MA Design and one of the founders of the Cincinnati office, Seth brings exceptional leadership to every project. His experience spans from initial schematic design to detailed construction administration, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of project delivery. Through numerous residential projects, he has developed a thorough understanding of the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) as well as Federal Fair Housing Guidelines along with other common accessibility guidelines. Known for his technical focus and keen attention to detail, Seth leads large residential, commercial and mixed-use projects with confidence and a collaborative spirit, achieving successful outcomes that meet the needs of both clients and communities.
