Approach
University Station, a four-story student housing development, bridges students to the Xavier University campus. The end facing the campus and an adjacent building with student services makes a special architectural gesture with balconies, large windows of living spaces, and angled common spaces facing the university’s campus.
Special consideration was taken to shaping the exterior architecture and interior layouts for ample natural light in the shared spaces of the units and bedrooms. The students living in the building have access to several levels of privacy. Every bedroom has its own walk-in closet and bathroom. The units, ranging from one to five bedrooms, have shared living rooms, and outside the units, shared studies and yoga rooms.
University Station finds itself adjacent to other residential complexes and campus amenities.
