Approach
All In Dublin is an inclusive residential community designed to provide housing for seniors and people in the disability community, thoughtfully situated in the Bridge Street District’s Sawmill Center Neighborhood. As one of the first projects in this area, it supports Dublin’s Envision Dublin plan and aligns with the future LinkUS Bus Rapid Transit corridor, ensuring long-term accessibility and connection. Guided by the principles of inclusivity, comfort, empowerment, and connection, the development features community amenities such as fitness facilities, indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a conference room, and a multipurpose community room. An on-site Community Care Coordinator will further support residents by fostering connection and helping them access essential services.
The design process was uniquely collaborative, shaped through workshops with advocacy groups, community organizations, and self-advocates to ensure the building reflects the real needs of future residents. Balancing the client’s desire for a traditional, home-like feel with the City of Dublin’s call for mixed-use design, A gateway presence on State Route 161 conveys an urban character, while Dublin Center Drive transitions to a more residential scale. With competitive 9% LIHTC funding secured, All In Dublin not only responds to pressing housing needs but also establishes a model for thoughtful, mission-driven community development in Central Ohio.
