The Lofton Apartment Homes is now open on Columbus The Lofton Apartment Homes is now open on Columbus' South Side, bringing much-needed, high-quality affordable housing to the community through a collaborative effort between @nrpgroup, the city of Columbus and @4allpeople4. Designed as a contemporary, family-focused development, the three-building layout creates a shared courtyard and playground that gives residents space to connect and grow. With spacious apartments, including three- and four-bedroom units, a secure package concierge, a community room and fitness center, the design puts residents first. A space is reserved on the first floor for a early learning center / daycare operator. We're proud to help bring thoughtful, accessible housing to families in Columbus!
