MA Design Announces Two Exciting Leadership Promotions
With deep appreciation, we announce that Mark Daniels will retire as President of MA Design in January 2026, concluding nearly four decades with the firm, including 25 years as President. Along with this meaningful milestone, we’re happy to share that Mark will continue to serve on our Board of Directors for the foreseeable future, remaining actively engaged in supporting our leadership team and client relationships. His steady guidance, focus on people, and commitment to doing what’s right have been the cornerstone of MA Design’s growth and success.
Mark’s leadership has helped shape us into the company we are today. From navigating challenges with clarity and resilience to championing culture, design excellence, and meaningful relationships, Mark has guided it all. His impact is evident in transformative projects he helped bring to life, like Easton Town Center, Bob Evans Corporate Campus, The Childhood League Center, The Lane, and many others that transformed communities and opportunities for MA Design. More importantly, his legacy lives on in the people he’s mentored and the values he’s embedded throughout our firm. He has led with heart and humility, focusing on what’s best for our clients, our company, and our people. Mark’s commitment to placing the right people in the right seats, like CEO Carrie Boyd and COO Lori Bongiorno, has built a strong foundation that MA Design continues to carry with strength and clarity of our original vision, while also driving forward the future of MA in this next chapter of our firm’s history.
As Mark shifts his focus to family, health, travel, and creative pursuits, his presence and influence will continue to be felt across the company and community. We look ahead with gratitude for his leadership, pride in the legacy he leaves, and excitement for the future he has helped shape. Please join us in celebrating Mark and all that he’s made possible.
