Exciting progress at Three Oaks in Cincinnati’s Oa Exciting progress at Three Oaks in Cincinnati’s Oakley neighborhood!

MA Design is serving as architect for the 390-unit apartment community co-developed by @castoinfo and @neyerproperties, part of Neyer’s larger $300M Three Oaks mixed-use redevelopment transforming the former Kenner Toy factory site.

The community includes four-story apartment buildings and two-story townhomes with attached garages, along with a clubhouse.

Recently featured in the @cincinnatibusinesscourier, the project incorporates on-site solar, high-efficiency heat pumps, LED lighting, and enhanced building envelope strategies projected to reduce energy use by more than 50% compared to a baseline building.

Designed to support long-term community growth, the development will bring new housing options, vibrant amenities, and meaningful environmental performance to Oakley. Construction is underway, with first units anticipated in 2027.
