Easton Place Homes is a transformative, family-cen Easton Place Homes is a transformative, family-centric affordable housing community taking shape at Easton Town Center, designed as an urban village of eight buildings connected by a network of large and small outdoor spaces for all ages. In partnership with @homeportohio, this three-phase development brings 200 much-needed low-income housing units steps from thousands of retail and office jobs, strengthening access to opportunity while blending seamlessly into its surroundings. From the industrial warehouse character anchoring the south end of the site to the complementary red brick townhomes facing Easton Commons, the design strikes a thoughtful balance of variety and cohesion. With phases one and two now complete, 150 units of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes are already welcoming residents.
