Etienne has always had a knack for figuring out how things work. Stemming from his passion for figure drawing and his work on race cars growing up, Etienne concentrated on learning technical engineering in college before combining his love of drawing and mechanics into a focus on architecture. With postgraduate studies in both city & regional planning and traffic engineering, Etienne covers all bases with his cross-disciplinary skill set and his solution-driven nature. Both from his work in the architectural industry and as a Judo instructor, Etienne is a passionate team leader and mentor. To Etienne, a team is a family and he knows that the best results come from collaboration with a diverse group where each member is included, heard and respected. His well-rounded background of art and mechanics along with his adaptive, yet deliberate, responses to change and project challenges makes him a skilled problem-solver and respected design leader.
