Lane Ave., the project calls for 27,785 square feet of ground-floor retail, including a preliminary agreement for a new Half Price Books to replace one currently on the site, plus spaces for a few more shops or restaurants. It also will have 225 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, wrapping around an 866-space parking garage. The eastern part of the project is topped with 137,920 square feet of office space on five floors of about 27,584 square feet.
